广东民营制造跨国并购现状及问题剖析

The Status Quo and Problems of Guangdong’s Private Manufacturing Enterprises Transnational Mergers and Acquisitions

近年来,以美的集团、伊之密、东方精工为代表的一批广东民营制造企业以跨国并购等对外投资方式快速获得欧美国家的先进技术、品牌以实现自身企业的转型升级,成为广东对外发展的重要力量和实现高质量发展的主要驱动力。但民营制造企业受制于其自身的经营理念、技术、人才、规模等限制以及融资、财税、信息服务等支持机制的缺失,在跨国并购方面遇到了多种问题与困境,这对其进一步加快转型升级、提升国际竞争力带来了挑战。

In recent years,in order to achieve the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,a group of Guangdong private manufacturing enterprises represented by Midea,YIZUMI and Dongfang precision have quickly acquired advanced technology and brands from European and American countries by means of transnational mergers and acquisitions and other foreign investment.It has become an important factor to the foreign trade and the main driving force to achieve high-quality development in Guangdong.However,due to the limitations of business philosophy,technology,talents and scale,as well as the lack of support mechanisms such as financing,taxation and information services,private manufacturing enterprises have encountered a variety of problems in transnational mergers and acquisitions.This brings challenges to further speed up their transformation and upgrading and strengthen their international competitiveness.
