摘要 随着5G、物联网和人工智能的兴起,电信业IT支撑系统处理的数据量呈指数级增长,传统基于IOE的系统面临着高并发性能瓶颈、扩展能力不足和扩容费用昂贵等难题;此外,"棱镜门"事件爆发后,网络信息安全上升到国家高度,电信业核心系统"去IOE"的进程加速。PaaS作为一种关键的云服务,能够为开发运维人员提供高度稳定、规范和便利的基础软硬件环境,在电信业去IOE的"上云"进程中发挥着重要的作用。中国电信新一代BSS3.0系统基于PaaS平台,采用"平台+应用"全新IT架构,集合大数据、虚拟化等前沿技术,完成了对现有平台的技术升级。 With the rise of 5G, Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence, the amount of data processed by IT support systems in the telecommunications industry has increased exponentially. Traditional IOE-based systems are facing high concurrency performance bottlenecks, insufficient expansion capabilities, and expensive expansion costs;in addition, After the "Prism Gate" incident broke out, network information security has risen to a national level, and the process of "de-IOE" for the core system of the telecommunications industry has accelerated. PaaS, as a key cloud service, can provide development and operation personnel with a highly stable, standardized and convenient basic software and hardware environment, and plays an important role in the "cloud" process of the telecommunications industry to IOE. China Telecom’s new-generation BSS3.0 system is based on the PaaS platform, adopts a "platform + application" new IT architecture, integrates cutting-edge technologies such as big data and virtualization, and has completed the technical upgrade of the existing platform.
