精益六西格玛在项目计划管理中的运用

The use of Lean Six Gemma in Project Planning Management

精益六西格玛(LSS)是精益生产和六西格玛管理的结合,通过整合吸收IDS和6σ两种模式的优点,达到最佳的管理效果。项目计划管理一直是管理学中不可缺少的环节。将LSS的理念融入到贴合实际的项目管理计划中,提高了企业管理力度,减少资源浪费,行之有效的管理提高了企业的利润,开拓了企业的发展空间。我国是实行计划经济的社会主义国家,计划管理在整个经济管理中居于主导地位。文中通过对LSS的分析研究,提出了将LSS的理论运用到企业项目计划管理中的一种管理模式,为企业提升了经济效益节约了成本。
