摘要 CAN-bus技术已经成为主流现场总线技术之一。基于CAN-bus网络的控制系统广泛应用于工业现场。工业现场由于其电磁干扰大,运行环境恶劣,不仅要求设备抗干扰能力强,还要求有一个健壮的CAN-bus通信网络。文章结合工业现场对CAN-bus控制系统的网络提出了总体搭建原则,详细分析了CAN-bus的网络拓扑的优劣势,列举现场应用常见的布线方式,电缆选型、终端电阻安装方式及地线处理,形成了一套可行的CAN通信网络搭建的规则。 CAN-bus has become one of the mainstream industrial fieldbus technology. The control system based on CAN-bus is widely used in industrial field. Because of its powerful electromagnetic interference and bad operating environment, industrial field not only requires strong anti-interference ability of equipment, but also requires a robust CAN-bus communication network. Combined with the industrial field, this paper puts forward the general construction principle of CAN-bus control system,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of CAN-bus communication network topology, lists wiring methods, cable selection,installation of terminal resistor and CAN GND treatment of field application, and forms a set of feasible CAN-bus communication network construction rules.
