利用PPPOE+技术与Radius技术相融合,采集集中故障管理系统、综合资源系统、宽带认证计费系统(Radius)的告警、资源、用户状态等网络数据,实现了OLT退服告警真实性的验证,实现了哑资源告警监控及拓扑还原,实现了告警影响用户的精准测算,实现了家宽网络群障主动关怀能力。具备了面向家宽用户的监控模式,拓展了现有集中故障监控的广度,监控模式由单一的从后台监控设备告警支撑一线维护,转型为面向用户、客服提供前端服务,是从被动监控向主动服务的积极转变,开启了新的监控模式和故障管理流程,是网络监控专业的初步转型。
