摘要 利用PPPOE+技术与Radius技术相融合,采集集中故障管理系统、综合资源系统、宽带认证计费系统(Radius)的告警、资源、用户状态等网络数据,实现了OLT退服告警真实性的验证,实现了哑资源告警监控及拓扑还原,实现了告警影响用户的精准测算,实现了家宽网络群障主动关怀能力。具备了面向家宽用户的监控模式,拓展了现有集中故障监控的广度,监控模式由单一的从后台监控设备告警支撑一线维护,转型为面向用户、客服提供前端服务,是从被动监控向主动服务的积极转变,开启了新的监控模式和故障管理流程,是网络监控专业的初步转型。 By using PPPoE + technology and radius technology, network data such as alarm, resource and user status of centralized fault management system, comprehensive resource system and broadband authentication and billing system(radius) are collected to verify the authenticity of OLT out of service alarm, realize dumb resource alarm monitoring and topology restoration, realize accurate measurement of alarm impact on users, and realize home wide network group The ability of active care.With the monitoring mode for family wide users, it expands the scope of the existing centralized fault monitoring. The monitoring mode changes from a single back-end monitoring equipment alarm support to front-line maintenance, to provide front-end services for users and customer service. It is a positive change from passive monitoring to active service, opens a new monitoring mode and fault management process, and is the preliminary change of network monitoring specialty Type.
