摘要
为提高毛金竹的产笋量,以立竹密度约为7.0万株·hm^(-2),立竹平均地径为2.5 cm的毛金竹纯林为研究对象,设置皆伐(保留0.00%)、间伐(保留15.50%、22.41%、39.66%、48.30%)和不间伐(保留100.00%)共6种处理,研究立竹密度调控对毛金竹出笋成竹、地下茎侧芽内源激素含量、地下茎营养成分含量的影响。结果表明:密度调控对毛金竹林的新竹地径、地下茎侧芽内源激素和营养成分含量均有极显著影响;当林分立竹保留比例为48.30%时,其立竹地下茎内源激素含量和营养成分含量均较高,新竹密度和新竹地径均较大,该种立竹保留比例较适合毛金竹竹鞭侧芽的分化,有助于毛金竹的行鞭孕笋发竹和竹林稳产高产。
In order to increase the bamboo shoot yield of Phyllostachys nigra var.henonis,the pure forest of P.nigra var.henonis with a density of about 70000 plants per hm^(2),and an average ground diameter of 2.5 cm was taken as the research object.Six treatments including clear cutting(0.00%),thinning(15.50%,22.41%,39.66%,and 48.30%)and non-thinning(100.00%)were used to study the effects of density regulation on the contents of endogenous hormones in shoots,lateral buds of underground stems and nutrients in underground stems.The results show that density regulation had a significant effect on the contents of endogenous hormones and nutrients in ground diameter,lateral bud of underground stem of new bamboo.When the retention ratio of P.nigra var.henonis was 48.30%,the contents of endogenous hormones and nutrients in the underground stems of P.nigra var.henonis were higher,and the density and ground diameter of new bamboo were larger.The retention ratio of P.nigra var.henonis was more suitable for the differentiation of lateral shoots of P.nigra var.henonis,and it was helpful for the stable and high yield of P.nigra var.henonis and bamboo stands.
