遮阴对箭叶淫羊藿生长和药用有效成分含量的影响

Effect of shade on growth and medicinal active constituent of Epimedium sagittatum

以盆栽箭叶淫羊藿为材料,设置遮光率70%、85%和90%等3个梯度,研究遮阴对箭叶淫羊藿的株高、地径、叶片形态性状、叶生物量及药用有效成分含量的影响。结果表明:随着遮光率的提高,箭叶淫羊藿的株高、叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶鲜质量和叶干质量呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,而其总黄酮、总黄酮醇苷等药用有效成分含量则显示高峰-低谷-次高峰的变化趋势。隶属函数法综合评价结果表明,70%左右的遮光率是箭叶淫羊藿比较适合的遮阴环境。

The effect of shade on plant height,ground diameter,leaf morphological characters,leaf biomass and the content of medicinal active constituent of Epimedium sagittatum were investigated by setting three shading conditions(70%,85%and 90%of full shade).The results showed that the height,leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,leaf fresh weight and leaf dry weight revealed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing,while the total flavonoids and the total flavonol glycosides of leaf indicated the trends of peak trough sub peak.The comprehensive analysis with membership function indicated that the shading condition of 70%of full shade was more suitable for the growth of E.sagittatum.
