行列式住区户外组团空间平面类型对居民行为规律研究

摘要 针对行列式住区户外组团空间设计忽略使用者需求的现状,采用行为注记法对徐州市矩形、L形和不规则四边形等3个典型平面类型小区进行研究,聚焦不同平面类型下居民行为规律,分析主要行为类型、交往行为和动、静态行为频率,结果表明:不规则四边形作为一种活泼的平面形态,对于诱导交往行为和静态行为具有显著效果;采用采光性好、开阔的平面类型对于提升行列式住区户外活动类型和频率具有推动作用。研究成果对于行列式住区户外组团空间设计具有一定的参考意义。
