多指标综合评价的一种新合成法及其检验

A New Synthetic Method for Multi-index Comprehensive Evaluation and Its Test

文章从群体效用和均衡效用的角度比较了多指标综合评价中的四种平均合成方法,并在此基础上提出了一种新的合成方法。实证分析结果显示:均衡效用对几何平均和调和平均具有正效应,对调和平均的正效应更强,均衡效用对平方平均具有负效应;对于几何平均和调和平均,均衡效用的作用受到指标变异系数的影响,当指标变异系数较小时,均衡效用对评价值的影响偏低。新合成方法可以更为灵活地调节均衡效用和群体效用对评价结果的影响。

This paper compares four average synthetic methods in multi-index comprehensive evaluation from the perspective of group utility and equilibrium utility,on basis of which to propose a new synthetic method.The results of empirical analysis show that equilibrium utility has positive effect on geometric mean and harmonic mean,a stronger positive effect on harmonic mean,and a negative effect on mean square,that for geometric mean and harmonic mean,the effect of equilibrium utility is affected by the coefficient of variation of the index,that when the coefficient of variation is small,the effect of equilibrium utility on the evaluation value is low,and that the new synthesis method can adjust the effects of equilibrium utility and population utility on the evaluation results more flexibly.
