摘要 近年来,“富贵病”已逐渐成为危害我国居民身体健康的重要杀手之一,营养的均衡与居民的健康息息相关。针对“儿童多数不喜欢吃瓜果蔬菜,挑食现象日益严重”等现象,设计了一款基于PLC的儿童营养果蔬面生产设备控制系统,给出了其总体方案设计、硬软件设计等,并进行了仿真验证,仿真结果表明:所设计的控制系统正确有效。 In recent years,the“richness disease”has gradually become one of the important killers endangering the health of our residents,and the balance of nutrition is closely related to the health of the residents.Aiming at the phenomenon of“most children don’t like to eat fruits,vegetables,and picky eaters are becoming more and more serious”,a PLC-based control system for children’s nutritional fruit and vegetable noodle production equipment was designed.The overall scheme design,hardware and software design are given.At the same time,the control system was verified by simulation.The simulation results show that the designed control system is correct and effective.
