摘要
本文提出了一种基于离散小波变换和模糊推理的配电网故障识别方法,该方法既能识别故障类别,也能对发生故障相进行确定,可忽略故障起始角、负荷及配电网其他参数变化对故障的影响。该方法在IEEE 13节点配电网系统和某地配电网系统上进行了模拟仿真,通过将三相电流作为故障识别的输入信号,能准确识别故障类别以及发生故障相。
This paper proposes a method for identifying faults in the distribution network based on discrete wavelet transform and fuzzy inference.It can identify the fault category and determine the fault phase,and ignore the fault initiation angle,load,and other parameters of the distribution network.The method is simulated on the IEEE 13-node distribution network system and the real distribution network system.By using the three-phase current as the input signal for fault identification,the method can identify the fault category and the fault phase accurately.
