摘要
风电机组叶片运动状态的测试由于其转速快,附加干扰加速度大,且因旋转使得传感器不好布线等特点使得其测试的有效性面临很大的挑战,目前行业内使用较多的有应变片和振动加速度传感器。本文从原理出发,针对某陆上机型,通过对两种传感器测量数据的分析,对比两种测量方式的有效性,为风电机组故障诊断及故障溯源提供数据支撑。
Because of its fast speed,high additional disturbance acceleration and bad wiring of sensors due to rotation,the validity of blade motion testing is facing great challenges.At present,strain gauges and vibration acceleration sensors are widely used in the industry.In this paper,the principle of a land-based model,through the analysis of two kinds of sensor measurement data,compare the effectiveness of the two measurement methods,wind turbine fault diagnosis and fault traceability to provide data support.
