用电信息采集系统关键设备故障自动诊断的研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着采集系统建设与应用的不断推进,一方面采集系统作为一套准实时的数据采集系统,对数据质量与采集时限有很高的要求;另一方面,采集系统作为一套“全覆盖、全采集、全费控”的系统,各类采集装置、通信方式众多,现场环境复杂,造成出现的故障复杂多样。因此,如何快速准确地进行故障诊断并处理是采集系统运行维护工作的关键。目前采集运维现场设备故障多依靠人为经验或一般调试工具进行判定,故障误判导致设备更换浪费,现场重复消缺运维效率不高等问题日趋严重。因此研发一套旨在实现用电信息采集系统现场采集设备故障的智能化诊断和主动上报机制,通过采集终端、电能表自身故障研判、用电采集数据实时处理分析等应用,进而逐步推广到电网设备状态感知、用电采集数据高效利用、提升优质客户服务等业务领域方面,能够全面提高电网智能化水平,满足公司精益化管理的需要。 With the continuous development of the construction and application of the acquisition system,on the one hand,the acquisition system,as a set of quasi real-time data acquisition system,has high requirements for data quality and acquisition time limit;on the other hand,as a set of“full coverage,full acquisition,full cost control”system,the acquisition system has many kinds of acquisition devices,communication modes,and complex field environment,resulting in problems They are complex and diverse.Therefore,how to diagnose and deal with the fault quickly and accurately is the key to the operation and maintenance of the acquisition system.At present,the fault of equipment in operation and maintenance field is mostly determined by human experience or general debugging tools.Misjudgment of fault leads to waste of equipment replacement and low efficiency of on-site repeated defect elimination operation and maintenance.Therefore,a set of intelligent diagnosis and active reporting mechanism is developed to realize on-site collection equipment fault of power consumption information collection system.Through the application of collection terminal,fault diagnosis of electric energy meter,real-time processing and analysis of power consumption collection data,it is gradually extended to the business fields of power grid equipment state perception,efficient utilization of power consumption collection data,and improvement of high-quality customer service,It can comprehensively improve the intelligent level of power grid and meet the needs of lean management of the company.
