摘要
传统的400kA量级电流传感器校准是通过等安匝法实现的,用小量程高精度的标准电流传感器校准穿过N匝线圈的大量程低精度的电流传感器,被校电流传感器会受到N匝线圈中心磁场的干扰,影响测量结果;根据本单位具有的大功率测试平台,探索通过并联分流的方法,校准400kA大量程电流传感器,通过现场测量,分析得出可以用该方法进行400kA等超大量程电流传感器校准。
The calibration of the traditional 400kA current sensor is achieved by the equal ampereturn method.A low-range high-precision standard current sensor is used to calibrate a large-range lowprecision current sensor that passes through the N-turn coil.The current sensor being calibrated will be affected by the N-turn coil.The interference of the central magnetic field affects the measurement results;according to the high-power test platform of this unit,we explore the method of parallel shunting to calibrate the 400kA large-range current sensor.Through on-site measurement,analysis shows that this method can be used to carry out 400kA and other ultra-large ranges.Current sensor calibration.
