大学生英语学习焦虑、学习倦怠和自我效能感现状及关系研究 被引量:4

On the Status Quo and Interrelationships of College Students’ English Learning Anxiety, Learning Burnout and Self-efficacy

摘要 社会心理因素是影响外语学习成效的重要因素。以115名非英语专业本科生为调查对象,采用相关量表考察其英语学习焦虑、学习倦怠与自我效能感现状及其相互关系,研究结果表明:1.大学生英语学习焦虑、学习倦怠和自我效能感均处于中等水平;2.英语学习焦虑、学习倦怠均与自我效能感呈显著负相关,英语学习焦虑与学习倦怠间呈显著正相关,且自我效能感会对英语学习焦虑和学习倦怠两个变量呈现部分中介效应;3.自我效能感内含的三个因子——完成任务的能力感、面对挫折的能力感、达到目标的信心感,能够显著预测这两个变量。 Social-psychological factors are the key ones affecting the result of foreign language learning.This research makes an investigation of the current state and the interrelationships concerning college students’English learning anxiety,learning burnout and self-efficacy.The respondents of the research are 115 non-English major undergraduates.An integrated questionnaire is administered to measure their English learning anxiety,learning burnout and self-efficacy.The results show that:1)college students exhibit a medium level of English learning anxiety,learning burnout and self-efficacy;2)both English learning anxiety and learning burnout show a significantly negative correlation with self-efficacy,and the former two show a significantly positive correlation,and self-efficacy can present a partial mediation effect on the other two variables;3)several indices of self-efficacy,including the sense of competence,frustration and confidence,are significant in predicting the variant of English learning anxiety and academic burnout.
