海洋强国背景下的海洋音乐教育探析

On the Education of Marine Music in the Context of Enhancing the National Power by Exploiting Seas and Oceans

海洋音乐是指与海洋、岛屿及其社会群体生产生活方式、思想情感和审美观念相关的音乐形式。海洋音乐是海洋文化的重要组成部分。然而,当下在我国义务教育阶段的音乐教材中,海洋音乐所占比例很低,这在一定程度上制约了海洋文化传播以及中小学生海洋意识的培育。在我国实施“海洋强国”战略的过程中,强化海洋意识教育也是重要的内容,特别是在义务教育过程中,借助海洋音乐,可以激发中小学生关心海洋、热爱海洋的情怀,培育他们的海洋意识。

Marine music,which is an important part of marine culture,refers to the music form related to the ocean,islands and their social groups’production and lifestyle,thoughts and emotions as well as aesthetic concepts.However,at present,in the music textbooks of compulsory education stage in China,the proportion of marine music is very low,which,to some extent,restricts the spread of marine culture and the cultivation of marine consciousness for primary and secondary school students.In the process of implementing the strategy of“enhancing the national power by exploiting seas and oceans”in China,it is also an important part of content to strengthen the education of marine consciousness,especially in the process of compulsory education.With the help of marine music,primary and secondary school students’feelings to care for and love the sea and ocean can be stimulated so as to cultivate their marine consciousness.
