Integrating Management and Control in Service to Enhance the New Level of Service Management of the Real Population in Pudong New Area

浦东新区实有人口管理服务工作已逐渐形成兼具严格管控和精准服务的治理模式,治理方式逐步走向法制化、常态化、智能化。在新冠肺炎疫情防控中,浦东新区实有人口服务管理工作也暴露出一些问题,包括管理主体责任不清、专业队伍数量不足和素质参差不齐、数据共享不畅、智能设备不足等。浦东新区需要在管理体制、队伍建设、平台建设等方面作进一步完善,不断夯实城市社会治理的根基,提升城市社会治理现代化水平。

The management and service work of the real population in Pudong New Area has gradually formed a governance model with both strict control and precise service,and the governance method has gradually become legalized,normalized and intelligent.In the prevention and control of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia,the management of the real population service in Pudong New Area has also revealed some problems,including unclear responsibilities of the main management body,insufficient number of professional teams,uneven quality,poor data sharing and insufficient intelligent equipment.Pudong New Area needs to make further improvements in management system,team building and platform building to continuously strengthen the foundation of urban social governance and enhance the modernization of urban social governance.
