摘要
新中国成立后,随着一系列改造运动的开展,农村养猪的经济效益经历了多个变化阶段。这些变化反映出公与私、城与乡、工业与农业之间多重、复杂的关系。为推行工业化和保证城市猪肉供给,国家一方面要加强对农村生猪的支配能力,另一方面又要保持农村养猪的积极性。每一个阶段的变化,最终都影响到农村养猪的经济效益。在这一转变过程中,养猪经济完成由旧到新的转变,实现向社会主义过渡。
After the founding of new China,with the development of a series of reform movements,the economic benefits of pig farming in the rural areas underwent multiple stages of transformation.These changes reflected the complex relations between the public and the private,the city and the rural,and industry and agriculture.In order to promote industrialization and to ensure the supply of pork in the cities,on the one hand the country had to strengthen its control over pig reproduction,and,on the other hand,it had to maintain enthusiasm for the raising of pigs in the rural areas.The changes at each stage ultimately affected the economic benefits of raising pigs in the rural areas.In this process,the grain-pig economic model completed a transformation from the old to the new,thus realizing the transition to socialism.
