肝片吸虫对奶牛免疫水平的影响

摘要 本试验选择济南地区3个奶牛场中5头感染肝片吸虫的奶牛和5头健康奶牛,在患牛出现症状并确诊后第5天、第10天、第15天分别进行血常规检测、C-反应蛋白检测、免疫球蛋白含量检测、T细胞亚群检测和淋巴细胞转化率的测定。结果表明,感染肝片吸虫的奶牛其淋巴细胞比率和单核细胞比率明显低于对照组,差异极显著;C-反应蛋白含量与对照组相比显著升高;蛋白含量中免疫球蛋白的含量与对照组相比差异显著,T细胞亚群中CD_(4)^(^(+))、CD_(8)^(+)和CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)与对照组相比显著降低;感染20d奶牛淋巴细胞转化率与对照组相比差异显著。这说明肝片吸虫对奶牛的免疫水平有明显的抑制作用,且随着时间的变化,机体免疫水平逐渐降低。 In the experiment,in order to detect the effect of Fasciola hepatica on immune level of dairy cows,totally 5 infected cows and 5 healthy cows of 3 Dairy farms were selected in Jinan,and mensuration was carried out including routine blood detection,CPR,detection of protein content and Lymphocyte transformation rate in 5d,10d,and 15d after confirming of Fasciola hepatica cases.The results showed that the lymphocyte ratio and monocyte ratio of cows infected with Fasciola hepatica were significantly lower than those of the control group.Compared with the control group,the content of C-reactive protein was significantly higher than that of the control group.the content of immunoglobulin in protein content was significantly different,and CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in T cell subsets were significantly lower than those in control group,the lymphocyte transformation rate of cows infected for 20 days was significantly different from that of the control group.This shows that Fasciola hepatica can obviously inhibit the immune level of dairy cows.And with the change of time,the immune level gradually decreased.
