Advance of artificial airway management

建立人工气道是抢救呼吸衰竭危重症患者的核心措施,人工气道管理与机械通气相关并发症的发生密切相关,如呼吸机相关事件、呼吸机相关肺炎、肺不张等。本文将从人工气道的固定、保持人工气道的通畅性、声门下分泌物引流、人工气道气囊压力管理、呼吸机相关事件的预防5个方面总结人工气道管理标准的最新观点,为气道管理临床工作提供参考。

Establishing the artificial airway is a core measure to rescue critically ill patients with respiratory failure.Artificial airway management is closely related to the mechanical ventilation-related complications,such as ventilator-related events,ventilator-associated pneumonia,atelectasis and so on.This article summarizes the latest views of artificial airway management standards from five aspects:the fixation of artificial airway,the maintenance of artificial airway patency,the drainage of subglottic secretion,the management of artificial airway cuff pressure,and the prevention of ventilator-associated events,to provide references for clinical work of airway management.
