糖皮质激素对病毒性肺炎的辅助治疗价值

Adjunctive therapeutic value of glucocorticoids in treatment of viral pneumonia

糖皮质激素具有强大的免疫调节功能,临床上常被用在重症肺炎、急性呼吸窘迫综合征、脓毒性休克等危重症患者的救治中,进展迅速的病毒性肺炎也常有应用,然而目前其对于病毒性肺炎的应用价值仍存在极大争议。本文回顾了近年来的研究进展,对病毒性肺炎的炎症反应机制、糖皮质激素的免疫调节机制以及其对病毒性肺炎的辅助治疗价值进行了综述。

Glucocorticoids(GCs)have powerful immunomodulatory functions,and are often used in the treatment of critical diseases,such as severe pneumonia,acute respiratory distress syndrome,septic shock,and rapidly progressing viral pneumonia.However,the application value of GCs for viral pneumonia is still highly controversial.In this paper,the inflammatory response mechanism of viral pneumonia,the immune regulation mechanism of GCs,and the value of GCs as adjuvant therapy for viral pneumonia are reviewed.
