A New Productivity Prediction Method for Shale Gas Fractured Wells

摘要 针对页岩气井开发的早期,缺少测试和生产数据的情况下对其生产动态进行合理准确预测难的问题,提出了基于等效井径模型的页岩气压裂井产能方程和考虑吸附解吸压缩系数物质平衡方程的页岩气产能预测新方法。以西南地区的页岩气井为实例,验证了该方法的准确性,考虑克努森扩散、吸附解吸过程中的岩石形变,能精确地对页岩气产能进行预测,并能针对压裂直井和压裂水平井进行定压生产以及先定产再定压生产两种生产模式下的产能动态预测。 In the early stage of shale gas well development, it is difficult to predict the production performance reasonably and accurately without test and production data. A new productivity prediction method for shale gas was proposed based on equivalent well diameter model and material balance equation with adsorption desorption compression coefficient. Taking shale gas wells in WY block as an example, the accuracy of this method was verified. Considering the rock deformation in Knudsen diffusion and adsorption desorption process, it can accurately predict the shale gas production capacity, and can predict the productivity performance of fractured vertical wells and horizontal wells under constant pressure production and fixed production first and then constant pressure production.
