摘要
多钒酸铵作为制备氧化钒产品的原料,对氧化钒的品质起着至关重要的作用。某厂多钒酸铵产品的生产品位在88%左右,为提高多钒酸铵的品位,该厂对多钒酸铵工艺生产过程进行一系列改造,并最终制得品位89%以上、杂质氧化钾和氧化钠质量分数小于0.30%的高纯多钒酸铵。
Ammonium polyvanadate plays an important role in the preparation of vanadium oxide products. In order to improve the grade of ammonium polyvanadate, a series of modifications of the production process of ammonium polyvanadate were carried out, and high purity ammonium polyvanadate with a grade of over 89% and the content of impurity potassium oxide sodium oxide less than 0.30% was finally produced.
