摘要
发展以煤气化为龙头的化工产业,是煤炭资源洁净高效利用的有效途径。针对煤化工废水成分复杂、污染程度高、处理难度高等特点,以某化工公司煤气化项目产生的高氨氮废水及其厂区生活污水等混合废水为研究对象,设计采用预处理-生化处理-深度处理,使出水稳定达到《循环冷却水用再生水水质标准》(HG/T3923—2007)的水质要求。出水经脱盐处理回用作为循环水补充水,以再生水代替新鲜水,实现污水资源化利用。
It is an effective way to make clean and efficient use of coal resources to develop the chemical industry with gas as its leading role. Coal chemical industry wastewater composition is complicated, the pollution degree is high, the processing difficulty is high.In this paper, taking high ammonia nitrogen wastewater and its mixtures from coal gasification project in a chemical company as a research object, the advanced treatment-pretreatment-biochemical treatment process was adopted, the effluent stably met the water quality requirements of "Water Quality Standard for Reclaimed Water for Circulating Cooling Water"(HG/T3923—2007). After desalination treatment, the effluent was reused as supplementary water of circulating water, and fresh water was replaced by recycled water to realize the resource utilization of sewage.
