在燃料需求不断放缓、化工产品供应不足的大背景下,炼化一体化企业宜发挥自身优势,对产品构成、装置负荷进行优化,以实现最大程度的减油增化。详细介绍催化裂化装置运行机理及多产丙烯的主要途径,对流向汽油池中的重整装置副产物戊烷油、抽余油等提出深加工建议。
Under the background of the slowing fuel demand and the lack of supply of chemical products, refineries should give full play to their own advantages and adjust product-composition and processing load to achieve the maximization of chemical products.The operation mechanism of FCC unit and the main ways of increasing propylene production were introduced in detail. Suggestions for further processing of pentane-oil and raffinate-oil were put forward.
