摘要
描述微生物腐蚀的发展情况,微生物腐蚀所带来的危害,微生物腐蚀发生的条件和反应机理,阐述因微生物腐蚀而造成的金属材料失效的案例。依据因微生物的存在而造成金属材料发生腐蚀的案例进行分析,结合微生物的生命活动和产生的生物膜等因素,分析造成金属材料失效的原因。综合微生物腐蚀反应的机理,从传统微生物腐蚀防治的角度和新的形式微生物腐蚀防治手段,阐述微生物腐蚀的防护研究情况。结合此情况,对微生物腐蚀防护方法和防护材料发展的方向进行展望。
The development, harm, conditions and reaction mechanism of microbiologically influenced corrosion(MIC) were introduced, and the cases of metal material failure caused by MIC were expounded. Based on the case of corrosion of metal materials caused by the existence of microorganisms,combined with the life activities of microorganisms and biofilms and other factors, the reasons for the failure of metal materials were analyzed. Combined with the reaction mechanism of MIC, the research status of MIC prevention and control was expounded from two aspects of traditional and new forms of MIC prevention methods. According to the above analysis, the development trend of anti-corrosion methods and the development direction of protective materials were prospected.
