“算计情感”:社交机器人的伦理风险审视

Calculating Emotions:A Survey of the Ethical Risks of Social Robots

社交机器人“情感地”介入人类社交领域,满足了人们的情感需求,也使得人机关系逐渐由“服务型”关系向“伴侣型”关系转变。如何建构合乎理性的人机关系,迫使当下必须对社交机器人进行伦理层面的审视。研究认为,社交机器人的情感,是一种由算法设计、人类社交法则、同理心等多种因素建构的产物,具有一定的欺骗性和单向性。在机器情感的诱导和算计下,人们极易陷入情感依赖与“异己性”缺失的困境中。本文提出应当明确人的主体地位,建构对机器情感的风险认知,辩证看待“人机关系的进化”与“人性的变化”,从而建构理性的人机关系,避免人类情感被算计的后果。

Social robots emotionally intervene in the field of human social interaction,meeting people's emotional needs,and making the human-computer relationship gradually change from a“service-type”relationship to a“partnertype”relationship.How to construct a rational human-machine relationship forces an ethical review of social robots.Research believes that the emotion of social robots is a product constructed by a variety of factors such as algorithm design,human social laws,empathy,etc.,which is deceptive and one-way.Under the in-duction and calculation of machine emotions,human beings easily fall into the predicament of emotional dependence and lack of“differentness”.This paper proposes to clarify the subject status of human beings,construct the risk percep-tion of technological emotions,and treat the“evolution of the relationship be-tween man and machine”and the“change of human nature”dialectically,so as to construct a rational relationship between man and machine and avoid the con-sequences of human emotion being calculated.
