摘要
人工智能新闻作为一种新业态,是否会掀起第六次传媒革命尚未可知,但是它所带来的法律风险已是迫在眉睫。法律规制是规制人工智能新闻的最有效方式,而人工智能新闻的法律规制作为人工智能法律规制的一个应用领域,应作统一规制的“一盘棋”思考。分别从自上而下规制人类设计者和自下而上运行算法规制的混合进路出发,围绕其中的核心问题发力,方能铺就人工智能新闻法律规制的路径。
As a new format,if artificial intelligence news will set off the sixth media revolution is not yet known,but the legal risks it brings are imminent.legal regulation is the most effective way to regulate artificial intelligence news.Since the legal regulation of artificial intelligence news is an application area of artificial intelligence legal regulation,a unified regulation should be considered.Starting from the hybrid approach of top-down regulation of human designers and bottom-up regulation of algorithms,and focusing on the core issues,we can pave the legal regulation path of artificial intelligence news.
