摘要
社交机器人的出现推动了智能传播的发展,也因其易被操纵的特性和强大的传播功能,导致了网络意见极化和虚假信息的泛滥,对全球传播生态产生了深远影响。目前,社交机器人已成为自然科学与社会科学等众多交叉学科的共同研究主题。本文在科学计量法共词分析的基础上,通过CiteSpace知识图谱可视化软件,基于Web of Science数据来源,以1985年以来关于社交机器人主题的94篇文献作为研究对象,梳理并总结出该议题发展变迁、核心作者机构及其合作关系等。研究发现,当前国外学界对社交机器人的研究主要分为基于计算机科学的社交机器人检测研究、基于网络用户行为挖掘的社交机器人技术发展方向分析、针对社交机器人恶意影响的预防与规制探讨、人机交互行为影响及用户与社交机器人信任关系建立问题的分析四大热点,但仍然缺少实证性研究。社交机器人对公众舆论的影响机制尚在探索中,如何实现对社交机器人的有效治理是学界需要重视的方向。
The emergence of social robots has promoted the development of intelligent communication.As they are easily manipulated to transmit information widespread in a fast way,social robots have led to the polarization of online opin-ions and the flooding of false information,which has a profound impact on the global communication ecology.At present,social robot has become the common research topic of many interdisciplinary subjects such as natural science and so-cial science.Based on co-word analysis of scientometrics,this article used CiteSpace knowledge graph visualization software and analyzed 94 papers on so-cial robots since 1985 in web of science in an aim to find the trend.It is found that the current research on social robots in foreign countries can be divided into four parts:detection based on computer science,development direction explora-tion based on mining of online users'behaviors,prevention and regulation of ma-licious influence of social robots,influence of human-computer interaction and establishment of trust between users and social robots.There is still a lack of em-pirical research in this field and thus the influence mechanism of social robots on public opinion is still in the process of exploration.How to realize the effective governance of social robots is what we need to pay attention to.
