突发公共卫生事件中网络社群用户参与行为研究:共依附理论视角

Study on Online Community Users'Participating Behavior in Public Health Emergency:Based on the Perspective of Codependency Theory

网络社群已成为互联网用户参与突发公共事件的重要平台,然而,网络社群是否如现实群体一样,对其内部成员具有参照效应仍有待探究。本研究基于问卷调查数据的实证分析,基于共依附理论,从心理安全、外在自我觉察、识别匿名性、群体规范和社群卷入五个维度,构建网络社群共依附对用户参与突发公共卫生事件行为的影响模型。研究发现:心理安全、识别匿名性、群体规范和社群卷入,对网络社群用户突发公共卫生事件表达性和行动性参与行为均具有显著正向影响,外在自我觉察对网络社群用户突发公共卫生事件行动性参与行为具有显著正向影响;对公共卫生事件的认知水平和感知风险,显著正向影响网络社群用户突发公共卫生事件参与行为水平;年龄、收入水平和健康状况对网络社群用户参与突发公共卫生事件的行为具有显著预测作用。

The public has been making the use of online community as an important platform to participate in public emergency.However,it remains to be determined whether the online community,just like the community in real-world,can act as a reference group to its members.Based on the codependence theory,through the data analysis of survey,the study builds a multidimensional model of the effect of online community codependence on uses'participating behavior in public health emergency from the perspective of psychological safety,public self-awareness,identifiable anonymity,group norm,and community engagement.The results show that while psychological safety,identifiable anonymity,group norm,and community engagement facilitate online community users'participation behav-ior of public health emergency,and public self-awareness only facilitate users'ac-tive participation behavior of public health emergency.The knowledge and per-ceived risk of public health emergency have positive impact on users'participating behavior.Age,income and health status have distinct predictive effect on users'participating behavior.
