摘要
为提高林木扦插育苗生产数控化水平,实现扦插过程质量可控,开展了林木数控扦插育苗技术管理规范研究。该文给出了林木数控扦插育苗技术的定义,从温室设施、数控设备、设备管理等方面,规范了林木数控扦插育苗技术。育苗技术、温室结构、容器育苗、经营档案等采用现有国家标准、行业标准。该技术采取计算机控制、物联网技术,融合传统林木扦插育苗技术,培育林木无性系良种,实现了优质林木种苗生产过程的精确控制和批量化生产,对规模化林木数控扦插育苗具有重要指导意义。
In order to improve the numerical control level of tree cutting seedling production and realize the controllable quality of the cutting process,research on the management standard of numerical control technology for tree cutting seedling has been carried out.The definition of the NC(numerical control)technology for tree cutting seedling was given.From the greenhouse facilities,numerical control equipment,equipment management and other aspects,the technology of numerical control cutting seedling was standardized.The existing national and industrial standards were adopted for seedling technology,greenhouse structure,container seedling and management archives.Traditional cutting seedling technology,adopted computer control and Internet of things technology,tree clones were cultivated.Precise control and mass production of high-quality tree seedlings were realized.It has important guiding significance for mass tree cutting seedling production.
