临沂市甘薯育苗期病毒病的发生特点与防控技术

甘薯是无性繁殖作物,在种薯繁育薯苗和甘薯田间生长过程中,极易遭受病毒侵染,并且连年越代积累,甘薯病毒病是引起甘薯产量降低和种性退化的主要因素之一,在各地普遍发生。临沂市当前主推品种及老品种均能感染病毒病,苗畦病株率普遍在10%~40%。该文将甘薯育苗作为病毒病传染发生的关键节点,建议从育苗环节抓好病毒病的预防,培育无毒壮苗,以期对全生育期甘薯的健壮生长起到关键性作用。

Sweet potato was an asexually propagated crop.In the process of seed potato seedling breeding and field growth,it was extremely vulnerable to virus infection and accumulative from generation to generation year after year.Sweet potato virus disease was one of the main factors causing the decrease of sweet potato yield and seed degeneration,which occurred widely in all regions.In Linyi,both the main varieties and the old varieties could be infected with the virus,and the rate of disease in the seedling stage was generally 10%~40%.The prevention of virus disease should be taken in the seedling raising link,and the non-toxic strong seedling should be cultivated,which played a key role in the healthy growth of sweet potato in the whole growth period.
