摘要
四川省成都市科智路跨猫猫沟桥为水滴型拱梁分离系杆拱桥,采用有限元软件分析研究了施工全过程各阶段受力工况,计算了各阶段吊杆系杆索力值,并对施工全过程中的索力、应力、拱圈和主梁线形进行了同步监测,利用影响矩阵法对吊杆、系杆索力进行了二次精确调整,再利用BIM平台监测数据处理等技术手段,完成了桥梁吊杆、系杆安装和张拉施工,确保了成桥线形,最终达到了预期的合理成桥状态。
The bridge that over Maomaogou in Kezhi road is a separated tied arch bridge with water drop type arch beam in Chengdu,Sichuan Province.The stress is analyzed by finite element software and the cable force value of suspender is calculated at each stage of the whole construction process.In addition,the cable force,stress,arch rings and girder alignment are monitored synchronously.Based on the influence matrix theory,the cable force of suspender is secondly adjusted accurately.The installation of bridge suspenders and tie bars and tension construction are completed by BIM platform monitoring data and ensures the accuracy of alignment of the completed bridge.The expected bridge has been gotten.
