Objective To study the application value of resting state nuclear magnetic function imaging(rs-fMRI)combined with fractional low frequency amplitude(fALFF)method in resting state brain function of type 1 paroxysmal sleeping disease. Methods Eighty subjects were selected, including 40 normal subjects and 40 patients with type 1 paroxysmal sleeping disease were clinically diagnosed for craniocerebral resting state magnetic resonance(rs-fMRI)scanning.The scanned rs-fMRI data were analyzed by fractional low frequency amplitude(fALFF)method, and the fALFF images of normal people and type 1 paroxysmal sleeping disease patients were obtained respectively. Results By subtracting the images of normal brain area and patient's brain area, the difference analysis showed that there was a change in the fALFF of type 1 paroxysmal sleeping disease in bilateral lingual gyrus, right middle temporal gyrus, left middle frontal gyrus and right medial frontal gyrus. Conclusions fALFF method is helpful to identify the abnormal brain area in patients with type 1 paroxysmal sleeping disease and provide basis for imaging diagnosis.
