磁共振扩散加权成像与常规磁共振成像在卵巢癌上腹部腹膜转移瘤中诊断价值对比 被引量:2

摘要 卵巢癌属于临床常见的一种恶性肿瘤,同时也是女性生殖系统中发病率仅次于宫颈癌、宫体癌的恶性肿瘤,其易发生转移,其中腹膜种植转移属于其早期常见的转移方式[1]。目前,临床对于卵巢癌腹膜转移瘤的检查方式包括CT、超声以及磁共振成像(MRI)等,但检查效果存在一定差别。磁共振(MR)扩散加权成像(DWI)属于现阶段唯一一种可反映活体水分子扩散状态的无创检查方法,近年来临床上也有诸多关于将其应用于体内肿瘤病变检查的报道[2]。基于此,本研究对78例疑似伴腹膜转移瘤的卵巢癌患者分别给予常规MRI、DWI检查,探讨其诊断效果差异,报告如下。
