贵州智能化决策气象服务平台的设计与实现

摘要 【目的】研制贵州智能化决策气象服务平台,为地方政府制定防灾减灾决策提供重要的技术支撑。【方法】采用Hbase、Oracl和Redis内存数据库,HDFS分布式文件管理系统及GIS技术和Linux文件系统等技术手段,设计研发贵州智能化决策气象服务平台。【结果】该平台是基于统一CIMISS数据环境,集多功能于一体的综合性网页平台,系统涵盖数据查询统计、图形生成、产品制作、发布及运行监管等功能,规范并大幅度提升现行业务流程及其自动化程度,改进了系统运行效率和服务能力;系统具有运行稳定、操作简单、内容全面和易维护等特征。【结论】系统基本满足贵州气象智能化决策服务业务流程需求,可为用户在预测预报及防灾减灾工作中提供技术支撑。 【Objective】The construction of intelligent decision-making meteorological service platform provides important capacity support for disaster prevention and mitigation of local governments in Guizhou.【Method】By using HBase,Oracl and Redis memory database,HDFS distributed management system,GIS technology and Linux system and other technical means,the intelligent decision-making meteorological service platform of Guizhou Province is built.【Result】The system is a comprehensive web system with more perfect functions based on the province-nation unified CIMISS data environment.This paper introduces the system architecture,data query statistics,graphics generation,service product production,distribute and monitoring functions and so on,which more normalize and greatly improve the degree of automation of business process,improved the system operation and service capabilities.Moreover,the system has the characteristics of stable operation,simple operation,comprehensives content and easy maintenance.【Conclusion】After putting into operation,the system basically meets the demand of Guizhou meteorological intelligent decision-making service business process,also it provides important ability support for users in the work of prediction and disaster prevention and reduction.
