本文根据2017年中国社会状况综合调查数据,从网络政治信息获取、政治观点交流和实际的政治行动等三个层面探讨了网络参与对我国公众政府信任的影响.研究结果显示,我国央强地弱的政府信任格局仍然存在.网络政治信息获取和政治观点交流能够显著提升中央政府信任,意见表达型参与对中央和地方政府信任均未产生显著影响,而维权抗争活动在很大程度上造成了中央和地方政府信任的流失.不同的网络参与方式对不同层级政府信任的影响效应具有差异性.

Based on the comprehensive survey data of China's social situation in 2017,this paper discusses the influence of network participation on public government trust from three aspects:network political information acquisition,political views exchange and actual political action.The results show that the government trust pattern of strong central government and weak local government still exists.Online political information acquisition and political opinion exchange can significantly enhance the trust of the central government.The participation of opinion expression has no significant impact on the trust of the central and local governments,while the fight for rights has caused the loss of trust of the central and local governments to a large extent.Different ways of network participation have different effects on different levels of gov ernment trust.
