烯丙基聚氧丙烯醚改性硅油的合成及其应用 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决硅油洗发水含硅量较高,对头发和头皮负担较重的问题,制备出一种新的聚氧丙烯醚改性硅油,代替纯硅油用于洗发水中。采用自制的烯丙基聚氧丙烯醚(相对分子质量约6000,简称DPPG-6000)与含氢硅油加成反应,通过单因素实验法考察了硅氢加成中反应物比例、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间等对产物的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。结果表明最优条件下的转化率可以达到90.4%,产物的黏度和外观均适宜。对此条件下合成的聚氧丙烯醚改性硅油的结构用红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁氢谱(1H-NMR)进行表征,并将其代替纯硅油应用于洗发水中,对此洗发水的起泡能力、泡沫稳定性、梳理性和使用感受等进行检测和评价。结果表明,分子量为6000的烯丙基聚氧丙烯醚改性硅油的多项评价指标均优于纯硅油,将其用于洗发水中,能够有效降低硅含量,减少硅油的负面影响。 In order to solve the problem of high silicon content in silicone oil shampoos and its negative effects on hair and scalp, a new polyoxypropylene ether modified silicone oil was prepared to replace pure silicone oil in shampoo. The self-made allyl polyoxypropylene ether(relative molecular weight is about 6 000,referred to as DPPG-6000) was used for addition reaction with hydrogen silicone oil. Effects of reactant ratio,catalyst amount, reaction temperature and time, and other conditions during hydrosilylation was investigated by single factor experiments, and the optimal reaction condition was obtained. The results show that the conversion under the optimal conditions can reach 90.4% with suitable product viscosity and appearance. The structure of the polyoxypropylene ether modified silicone oil synthesized under this condition was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and hydrogen nuclear magnetic spectroscopy(1 H-NMR). The prepared polyoxypropylene ether modified silicone oil was applied to shampoo to replace pure silicone oil, and the foaming ability, foam stability, combability and user experience of the shampoo were tested and evaluated.The results show that multiple evaluation indicators of higher molecular weight polyoxypropylene ether modified silicone oil are better than pure silicone oil. It can effectively reduce silicon content and negative effects of silicone oil.
