摘要
移动网络基站的数量与规模在快速上升,随之而来的网络整体能耗加剧,对节能控制技术的要求也越来越高。针对该种情况,为促进通信服务网络的全面建设,从设备、基站与网络三级节能技术应用层面出发,对5G网络建设与运维能耗进行动态化管控,成为当前阶段相关政府管理部门与网络运营商研究的重要课题。
The number and scale of mobile network base stations are also increasing rapidly.With the increasing energy consumption of network construction,the requirements for energy-saving control technology are also higher and higher.In view of this situation,in order to promote the comprehensive construction of communication service network,from the three-level energy-saving technology application level of equipment,base station and network,the dynamic management and control of 5G network construction and operation and maintenance energy consumption has become an important research topic of relevant government management departments and network operators at the current stage.
