移动网络基站的数量与规模在快速上升,随之而来的网络整体能耗加剧,对节能控制技术的要求也越来越高。针对该种情况,为促进通信服务网络的全面建设,从设备、基站与网络三级节能技术应用层面出发,对5G网络建设与运维能耗进行动态化管控,成为当前阶段相关政府管理部门与网络运营商研究的重要课题。
