虽然传统企业数字化转型已成为大势所趋,但是数字化转型真正成功的案例并不多见,因为数字化转型是一个复杂、长期、艰巨、耗资巨大的工程,面临着来自战略、管理、技术、文化、人员等诸多方面的挑战。如何应对转型中的这些挑战?文章探讨了运用SIAM(服务集成与管理)方法论稳妥护航企业的数字化转型,通过实施SIAM方法来降低转型中的风险,最大程度地促进转型的成功。

Although the digital transformation(DX)of traditional enterprises has become the general trend,there are not many cases of real success in DX,because DX is a complex,long-term,arduous,and costly project,which is facing challenges from strategy,management,technology,culture,personnel and many other aspects.How to deal with these challenges?This article discusses the use of SIAM methodology to safely escort the DX of enterprises,through the implementation of SIAM method to reduce the risks and maximize the success of the DX.
