摘要
面对各种由于突发事件或者自然灾害引发的紧急情况,为减少人身和财产损失,提高电力系统的快速恢复能力成为当务之急。由于信息通信、资源分配等困难使应急反应时间变长,导致停电时间变长,财产损失加大,这就要求应急指挥系统要做到时间响应快、覆盖对象多,建立一套高效而稳定的应急指挥系统,为指挥人员提供故障现场音视频信息、电网实时运行情况信息和各类辅助决策信息,并通过应急指挥系统,指挥电网调度,协调应急队伍,调用各类资源参与应急处理的全过程,为电网安全保驾护航[1]。
High-speed rail coverage scenarios are complex,high-speed trains run fast,switch frequently,and the Doppler effect is obvious.How to better cover high-speed rail and provide customers with better services has also become one of the key and diffi cult problems in network construction.This article focuses on the coverage of high-speed rail tunnel scenarios and discusses further improving the coverage of high-speed rail scenarios.
