在网络背景下,高校安全管理呈现出新的变化、面临新的问题,但总体形势是好的,由于受到网络的负面影响,高校不和谐因素被曝光、各类安全隐患增多、安全事故频发。当代大学生作为网络时代的先锋者,进入大学校园,远离父母管控,难以实现自我约束,尤其是面临网络文化良莠不齐、恶性网络事件层出不穷的现状,文章从新时期高校安全管理工作面临的形势入手,以平安校园创建为抓手,以提高师生安全感为目标,提出高校安全管理工作对策,创新工作思路,为高校的安全管理工作提供参考和依据。

Under the background of network,the security management of colleges and universities presents new changes and new problems.But the overall situation is good.Due to the negative infl uence of the network,the disharmony factors in Colleges and universities are exposed,various kinds of unsafe risks increase and safety accidents occur frequently.As the pioneers of the Internet age,contemporary college students enter the university campus,far away from the control of their parents,and it is diffi cult to achieve self-discipline,especially in the face of the current situation that the good and bad of network culture are intermingled,and vicious network events emerge in endlessly.This paper starts from the situation faced by the security management of colleges and universities in the new era,takes the establishment of a safe campus as the starting point,and takes improving the sense of security of teachers and students as the goal,This paper puts forward the Countermeasures of safety management in Colleges and universities,innovates the working ideas,and provides reference and basis for the safety management in Colleges and universities.
