近年来,科学技术水平高速发展,“大数据”、“物联网”、“区块链”等新名词已经成为人们耳熟能详的“老面孔”。但作为祖国人才培养基地,同时也是处处充满着青春风采的大学校园却出现因循守旧的现象,大学普遍更在意的是学生学业,而本应该青春洋溢充满创新精神的日常生活却总被忽视。因此,分析我国高校公寓管理现状,找准切入点提炼出提高公寓管理信息化的必要性和可行性,为高校公寓管理建设提供参考参考,实有裨益。

In recent years,the level of science and technology has developed rapidly,and new terms such as"big data","Internet of Things",and"blockchain"have become familiar"old faces".However,as the motherland’s talent training base,the university campus is full of youthful demeanor,but the phenomenon of conservativeness appears.Universities generally care more about students’academic work,but the daily life that should be youthful and innovative is always ignored.Therefore,it is benefi cial to analyze the current situation of university apartment management in our country and fi nd the right entry point to refi ne the necessity and feasibility of improving the informationization of apartment management,so as to provide reference for the construction of university apartment management.
