The Influence of Social Insurance Payment on Employees’ Work Enthusiasm——Take T Company as An Example

为了解社会保险缴费对员工工作积极性的影响,以中小企业T公司为样本,基于社会交换理论,采用访谈法对T公司的员工关于企业内部社会保险缴费缴纳与员工积极性的相关数据进行收集,分析社会保险缴费对员工的工作积极性是否有直接的影响。由于中小企业员工数量相对较少,更应注重企业与员工之间的交换关系,强调员工的工资公平与应得福利,有助于提高员工的工作积极性。

In order to understand the impact of social insurance payment on the work enthusiasm of employees.the paper took minor enterprise T company as a sample,based on the social exchange theory,through the use of interview method to collect the relevant data of T company’s employees on the payment of internal social insurance payment and employee enthusiasm,and analyzed whether the social insurance payment had a direct impact on the work enthusiasm of employees.Since the relatively small number of employees in minor enterprise,more attention should be paid to the exchange relationship between enterprise and employees,and the emphasis should be placed on the fairness of wages and benefits due to employees,which will help to improve the enthusiasm of employees at work.
