摘要
该研究的目的是为所有大学生田径运动员提供全年的抗阻训练方法。为短跑运动员、投掷运动员和长跑运动员提供了循证的阻力训练研究及年度(冬训期、冬训过渡期、赛季期和调整期)周期化的训练,为各田径项群的不同训练周期提供了详实的训练方法、推荐强度和既定目标。该研究有助于田径教练员将抗阻训练纳入整个田径项群的系统化训练中。
The purpose of this paper is to provide a year-round guide to functional stretch resistance training for all track and field athletes.This article provides evidence-based resistance training studies for sprinters,throwers,and distance runners,as well as annual cyclical training that provides detailed training methods,recommended intensities,and various goals for each event group and training cycle.This guide will help track and field coaches incorporate functional stretch resistance training into systematic training across the track and field disciplines.
