2022北京冬奥会背景下冰雪场馆经营策略研究

摘要 随着2022年冬奥会的成功申办,我国对冰雪运动的重视到达了新的高度,促进了我国冰雪运动的迅速发展。冰雪场馆的良性运营,不仅对健康中国具有重要意义,还拉动了冰雪产业及其相关制造业的进一步发展,但我国冰雪运动场馆存在着一些问题:冰雪运动室内体育场馆数量上远不能满足人民对冰雪运动的需求;待建的室内和室外冰雪场馆在建设中存在不科学现象;现存的冰雪运动室内场馆在管理运营模式上仍存在许多弊端。如何高效地利用这些场馆是该文研究的重点,该文将以现阶段我国冰雪运动场馆的建设及运营为研究对象,采用文献资料法、对比分析法、数据整理法,对冰雪场馆的特点进行了梳理,并逐一提出解决方案。 With the successful bidding of 2022 Winter Olympic Games,China's attention to ice and snow sports has reached a new height,which promotes the rapid development of China's ice and snow sports.The healthy operation of ice and snow stadiums is not only of great significance to China's health,but also promotes the further development of ice and snow industry and related manufacturing industry.However,there are some problems in China's ice and snow stadiums:the number of indoor and outdoor ice and snow stadiums is far from meeting the people's demand for ice and snow sports;there are unscientific phenomena in the construction of indoor and outdoor ice and snow stadiums to be built;the number of indoor and outdoor ice and snow stadiums is far from meeting the people;there are still many disadvantages in the management and operation mode of the existing indoor venues for ice and snow sports.How to make efficient use of these venues is the focus of this paper.This paper will take the construction and operation of China's ice and snow sports venues at this stage as the research object,and use the methods of literature review,comparative analysis and data processing to sort out the characteristics of ice and snow sports venues,and then put forward solutions one by one.
