“房地一体”项目主要技术问题及对策探讨——以惠东县为例

Discussion on the Main Technical Problems and Countermeasures of"Real Estate Integration"Project—Taking Huidong County as an Example

“房地一体”农村宅基地和集体建设用地确权登记发证工作,是切实落实《国土资源部关于进一步加快宅基地和集体建设用地确权登记发证有关问题的通知》文件精神、维护农民合法权益、促进农村社会秩序和谐稳定的一项重要举措。该文以广东省惠东县为例,对“房地一体”工作进行简单介绍,总结在惠东县作业过程中,“房地一体”出现的主要难点及意见建议,为其他地区“房地一体”工作提供参考。

"Real Estate Integration"is an important measure to effectively implement the spirit of the notice of the Ministry of land and resources on issues related to further accelerating the registration and certification of the right of homestead and collective construction land,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and promote the harmony and stability of rural social order.Taking Huidong County of Guangdong Province as an example,this paper brief ly introduces the work of"Real Estate Integration",summarizes the main diff iculties,opinions and suggestions of"Real Estate Integration"in the operation process of Huidong County,and provides reference for the work of"Real Estate Integration"in other areas.
