摘要
宜兴市经济技术开发区工业污水厂项目采用了基于"互联网+"智慧水务新模式,项目利用物联网技术、大数据技术与多模式AO+MBR膜法处理工艺相结合,实现对污水处理全流程的智能控制与管理。运行结果表明,采用数据采集、数据挖掘和数据分析技术的物联网污水处理系统,具有自动化、信息化、智能化、精细化特点。项目位于太湖流域内,其出水水质满足《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》要求。
The industrial sewage treatment plant in Yixing economic and Technological Development Zone adopts the new mode of intelligent water based on the Internet plus. The project combines the technology of Internet of things, big data technology and multi-mode AO+MBR membrane process to realize the intelligent control and management of the whole process of sewage treatment. The operation results show that the IOT sewage treatment system with data acquisition, data mining and data analysis technology has the characteristics of automation, informatization, intelligence and refinement. The project is located in the Taihu Lake Basin, and its effluent quality meets the requirements of "emission limits of main water pollutants for urban sewage treatment plants and key industrial industries in Taihu Lake area".
