近年来,我国中小企业,特别是高科技企业蓬勃发展,但发展过程中融资难、融资贵现象颇为突出,为解决这个难题,企业知识产权质押融资不失为一种有益的探索和途径。经过十多年来的探索,知识产权质押融资已走上规范发展的良性道路,但在价值评估、风险防范、权利处置等方面还存在不少的问题,本文通过对现状的研究分析,有针对性地提出相关完善意见,以期促进知识产权质押融资的更好更快发展。

In recent years,my country's small and medium-sized enterprises,especially high-tech enterprises,have developed vigorously.However,financing difficulties and expensive financing are quite prominent in the develop⁃ment process.To solve this problem,corporate intellectual property pledge financing is a deliberate exploration and approach.After more than ten years of exploration,intellectual property pledge financing has embarked on a benign path of standardized development,but there are still many problems in the aspects of value evaluation,risk preven⁃tion,and rights disposal.Propose relevant suggestions for improvement,with a view to promoting better and faster de⁃velopment of intellectual property pledge financing.
