河南省高新技术企业知识产权创新调查分析

IInvestigation and Analysis of Intelectual Property Innovation of High Tech Enterprises in Henan Province

拥有知识产权是高新技术企业具有核心竞争力的基本保障。本文对河南省高新技术企业在八大技术领域内拥有知识产权、商标及标准的创新现状进行分析,河南省高新技术企业专利申请及授权量稳步增长,但注册商标、参与国家或行业标准制定较少。整体专利质量不高、拥有专利技术创新的创新企业少,专利运营意识不强等问题。因此,提出了要充分并深刻认识知识产权及标准在高新技术企业发展中的重要作用,加强创新型企业要素保障。加强高新技术企业培育,对创新型企业建设重大创新平台加大支持力度。强化河南省高新技术企业在知识产权上量质并举意识。

Owning intellectual property rights is the basic guarantee for high-tech enterprises to have core competive⁃ness.This paper analyzes the innovation status of high-tech enterprises in Henan province with the intellectual prop⁃erty rights,trademarks and standards in the eight major technology fields.The number of patent applications and au⁃thorizations of high-tech enterprises in Henan Province has increased steadily,but the number of registered trade⁃marks and participation in the formulation of national or industrial standards is less.The overall patent quality is not high,there are few innovative enterprises with patent technology innovation,and the awareness of patent operation is not strong.Therefore,we should fully and deeply understand the important role of intellectual property rights and standards in the development of high-tech enterprises,and strengthen the guarantee of innovative enterprise ele⁃ments.We will strengthen the cultivation of high-tech enterprises and increase support for the construction of major innovation platforms for innovative enterprises.Strengthen the awareness of high-tech enterprises in Henan Province on both quantity and quality of intellectual property rights.
